My sewing space
I loved the idea of checking in on my works in progress, but I didn't have a list of them and I was starting to feel scattered. The other night, I sat down and broke down my projects into three categories:

That's a total of 26 projects I'm either working on or would like to do. That's a pretty full list! And don't get me started on my Pinterest tutorials board full of projects I'd love to make sometime. Well, at least I've started keeping track. Admitting you have a problem is the first step to solving it, right?
I have the same problem...so much to make...so little time! Also, my daughter never needs to know that there is Busytown fabric in this world. She'd make me redo her room in complete Busytown motif.
ReplyDeleteI still refuse to make a huge list of everything I'm working on because I know it would overwhelm me. Kudos to you for taking the first step. :) Everything looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteOooh love your colour wheel- it looks amazing & I can't wait to see it all sewn up! You've got a lotta lot of projects on the go & that is so great!! This is a great way to keep track of everything and I can't wait to see your finished quilts as they happen! :D
ReplyDeletegood for you Holly - tackling that list will be a big one! You have so many great projects already in the works, can't wait to see them get finished off and new ones take their place. I'm terrified of actually trying to list my projects - my WIP list on my blog hasn't changed since I created it, but many new projects would be added!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, Kim, I won't tell your daughter about the Busytown fabric!
ReplyDeleteI love making lists - they make me feel less scattered, no matter how long they are. Love the looks of your WIPs! I call those "someday projects" WIMMs (Works In My Mind).
ReplyDeleteYour sewing/quilting skills amaze me. You know what would be a neat sewing project? An advent calendar!
ReplyDeletethe colour wheel is fabulous!!
